I am joining the chorus already chanting the bad news that Arsenal takes your money, but never ships anything. I have been waiting 6 months. All I get are "we have supplier problems." I see others have heard the same thing.

Placed an order months ago, paid with credit card and received nothing. When asked, they replied that there was a problem with the suppliers. Thereupon again no information for weeks. Recommend, based on my experience no purchase!

Terrible customer service. It could be a great product but it never was shipped. No communication about delays, no explanation. They basically take your money and expect you to wait additional months in silence. They don’t deserve your business based on their customer service. Best just skip this brand and wait for a competent competitor.

If I could give ZERO stars I would. Do not waste your money on this product, ordered 7 months ago and still haven't received the item. They keep pushing shipping date back, they are thieves and refuse to refund the money paid, when I asked for a refund. This company is a FRAUD!

BE WARNED THE PRODUCT DOES NOT WORK AND THEY REFUSE RETURNS UNLESS YOU PAY FOR THE RETURN. Also once cancelled they ship it anyway even though it says cancelled... very sharp and crap company avoid at all costs! given the large number of negative reviews, they clearly don't care about their reputation. A black box of AI that does not work!

Stay way from it, I have ordered it to find out my Canon R5C is not supported! it wasn't something being qualified in the order...also the shipping was super slow....I encourage you to stay away from this piece of plastic!
