Hi Adriana , thank you so much for taking the time to share your experience with us. First of all, we sincerely apologize again for the unusually long delivery time you encountered. What happened in your case was related to extended customs inspections in the United States due to recent tariff policy adjustments, which unfortunately caused delays beyond the control of both our team and the carrier. Under normal circumstances, our shipments to the U.S. are delivered within 5–8 days. As soon as we became aware of the delay, our team immediately stayed in close communication with you, and arranged a replacement watch when the original parcel was still held in customs to make sure you wouldn’t have to keep waiting. We truly appreciate your patience and understanding throughout this process, and we’re very glad to hear that you love the watches and felt well supported by our customer service team. That means a lot to us. We are continuously working on improving our shipping routes and logistics partners to minimize the impact of customs delays for our U.S. customers in the future.
