The women I was working with belittled me. Made me feel like I was an idiot throughout our entire conversation. Constantly compared me to other people. Got upset when I did not understand things. I asked for help several times. I have had zero help. I asked multi times for management to reach out. They did not.

I STRONGLY recommend you go elsewhere.

If you sign up but don't purchase anything they will harass you with calls texts emails constantly for month and months. I think its been over a year now and they will not stop. Leave me alone!!!

after I signed up for a 3-month period, they told me that the date I signed up on is the exact date that I must always mail from. They wouldn't allow me to change my mailing dates that I could send from. I gave them 544 mailing addresses and the first month they mailed to 487. The second month, different postcard, same mailing address, and they only sent to 149. The third month, I used same emailing address, as they said it was fixed, but post office shows they only sent 3! I have all the proof, including phone conversation where their senior sales lady said that I can change mailing dates - of course. And then same lady after first mailing saying sorry, policy change, can only now mail same date I signed up. Twice I asked everyone in company I could for a refund or to fix the issue, they said sorry.

Want a refund on at least one mailing because failed to mail out the for October on a timely matter Plus my broker never got a post card

Color Quality is very poor, dull and dark. Not at all as pictured when ordering. Upgraded to GLOSSY and the higher paper quality. I was in shock when one postcard came back and I realized the actual product quality. Will look for alternatives. The system to create the postcards is limited but they offer decent customer service

My experience with Wise Pelican was “disappointing” at best. The designs were very appealing, but way more expensive than competitors. I spent over $2,000 my first month with WP on postcard mailers. When my first set of mailers we’re listed as “mailed”, but never physically put in mailboxes, I called customer support and expressed my concern. They guy that answered my call, truly acted like he didn’t care. When I asked to speak with a supervisor, he did have one reach out a few days later. When Amy, the supervisor/manager, called me, I was hopeful as she genuinely sounded concerned and said she would credit my account for the post cards lost/not delivered. When a couple of weeks went by without hearing anything, I reached back out to the customer service guy. He then emailed me back and said the best they could do was a “discounted price on a template.” WHAT?! Obviously, I was furious and just decided to part ways with Wise Pelican as I was lied to and felt like my business and money were not valued. I am so disappointed and definitely would not recommend other agents to Wise Pelican.
