The system is antiquated and needs updating. I received some error when selecting thew option to send an additional mailer two weeks after the initial mailer. Talked with support. Backed out to refresh and try again. Had to build the entire postcard again and then the problem still continued. Super cool and annoying. Spent an hour on something that should have taken 10 minutes. Creating the postcards is too complicated. I shouldn't have to connect with support to help add additional items. It would be great if the system worked liked Canva and allowed the user to make the changes needed.

I am really disappointed with them. I have only placed 2 orders with them and will never do it again. First order was good. 2nd order, people are not receiving my post cards. Unfortunately, the first 10 people I have talked to have not received my post card. Called them and they said they were delivered. I find that BS because I am one of them on my mailing list. Customer service only says they were delivered April 7th.

Mailers arrived late even though I paid extra to send them out.

I had a really disappointing experience with Wise Pelican. First, they renewed my subscription automatically without any prior notice, which caught me completely off guard. There was no reminder, no warning — just a charge on my account. What frustrated me even more is that they advertised Facebook integration, which was one of the main reasons I signed up. But on my account, it never worked. When I reached out to support, they simply blamed Facebook and offered no real solution. If you’re going to promote a feature, it should at least function or come with proper support. I don’t recommend Wise Pelican if you’re expecting transparency and working features.

Poor customer service. They do return calls. They do not help.

I joined in January , only two ppl scanned the code. i asked them to send me a copy of what was sent which I never received ever.I am not even sure whether its been sent

Don’t use their design platform for customization they use AI and it looks like a toddler made it

After having used WisePelican for 4 years they disappointed me. My cards were mailed out and when I received one it had a splotch on my card. They said it was damage from the post office. I looked at another card from a neighbor, same place same splotch. The post office did not damage it. Apparently, this happens so often that they have a write-up on it. They did nothing for me. I'm so disappointed because I was a loyal customer.
