With Marcela I had the best support in a long time. The responses are fast and very well written. I am really looking forward to work with the wirestock-team. Best regards Luke

Love the support and whole core idea.
I actually like the email support a lot and they gave me some generous help.
I did experiene some tecnical
issues and delays last year but they always fixed it when I asked.
I am not sure yet what the new rules about approval rate will mean for me. I will stay for now because I REALLY love that they distribute the pictures to all the other stockpages and fir me that is worth their commision. It took me so much more time to submit to other pages and only here I saw sales anyway.
I sure hope they will offer free submissions with the free account again, because if my aproval rate should sink I will not have the money to upgrade yet. That would be sad.

No more submissions when below the 85%…
Like many others who fall below the 85% approval rating there is nothing more that can be done. You are no longer allowed to submit photos or even correct the ones that are rejected unless you pay them to become premium member. The account is now just dormant, I can not cash out the $5 in my account as the minimum is $30. I cant submit anything to improve the %. You can spend a long time writing all the information but if a small thing does not meet the requirement its rejected and bye bye rating. I have now deleted my account because it is no use just sitting there. I will find a new place to submit my photos

Hi Daniel, we are sorry to hear some of your images were not accepted for marketplaces and this affected your Approval Rate. Please note that you can still sell the images through your Wirestock Portfolio and if you want to continue submitting to the marketplaces you can do so with a Premium subscription. If you have any questions, please contact us at [email protected]

AVOID ! DON'T LOOSE YOUR MONEY
what a ...... website, don't lose your time using thi! from 400 photos submitted they refused to accept 300 of them WHAT A JOKE!, my team worked so hard to make those images and they just decided "Image has low chance of sales due to abundance of this type of content and might be a subject of rejection on agencies."
I was selling the same pictures very well on other stock images websites ! IN ONE IDEA: AVOID THIS WEBSITE! NO WORTH LOSING YOUR MONEY AND TIME!
UPDATE: after this review they banned my account and also I had some money left on balance from sales and they just kept them....

Very bad service.
Waiting very long for approval. 5 images not approved and a lot waiting for approval therefore less than 85% approved and cannot send more. It seems like it MUST take a long time to get me to pay for premium. This does not happen and I delete everything instead. Very bad service.
Update: Same answer as to all other users. Get the finger out and get images approved. If you can deny some images after few days, you can approve also.
Next update: This was not 10 days. More than one month. You took only 4 days not to approve images. Why not accept the rest. Adobe approve in les than 5 days. I Continue there.

I am starting to believe this is a scam
Came across wirestock when I was looking into selling my photos on stock agency services. I have been a photographer for 30 years and finally decided to see what could happen by using the stock agency route.
Everything started off great, learned a bit about the process, uploaded photos and images got approved. So I decided to take the plunge and subscribe, I guess feeling it would be an upgrade. Well was I in for a surprise. As soon as I subscribed the length of time to approve images took longer. I did reach out to them and was told some glitch or update to their system caused the delay.
Okay I accepted that, and continued uploading images, but interesting is that now almost 100% of my images uploaded are rejected from the marketplace.
I can upload 2 images from the same shot slightly different and one is accepted and one is not.
Always the same reason, no clear subject, artifacts, out of focus, etc. I don’t by it because I have experimented and uploaded some of the same images to another agency and surprise they were accepted.
So in reading other reviews I feel like they hooked me early on with the prospect, got me to subscribe, then just rejected everything I submitted for the most part since.
This 85% threshold seems to be a key thing in this very interesting scam of a business model.
Their response from my inquiries has been, “there will be a new imaging guidelines issued very soon “
They added this new function called “explore” to see what is being sold on their sight and the type of images that are most popular. Well I have to say I found some amazing images, but I also found a great deal of extremely subpar images in terms of content, exposure, style etc. thousands of images that looked like they were just shot on someone’s phone ( nothing wrong with shooting on your phone as I do as well) but the quality of these images were awful, one person had literally almost 50 images of a swan that were so random and extremely poor quality that I sat here thinking, okay I am not the most amazing photographer in the world, but damn my stuff is 500% better than the swan lady, yet hers are being highlighted on their platform and almost all of mine post subscription are being rejected with extremely flimsy reasons.
Yes I have reached out and the poor guy Ike who keeps responding gives the same generic answer.
Seriously if there is true constructive criticism to give me, lay it on me. But the reality is I am not sure continuing to pay to subscribe is worth the money.
I could go on and on but for readers of this review please note that I have been using them for only about 2 months and my frustrations seem to be in sink with other reviewers experience.

UPDATE: 4/17/2023
Well I have not had an image approved since the end of March, they did stop putting that excuse on your image of lacks focus, artifacts, etc. but even read their new guidelines I seem to qualify for most of my images, as they have on other sites. But now I am way below 50% approval so I guess that I will never get an image approved again. They seem really big on telling people that you can still sell it from your portfolio, maybe that is the direction they want to go. But my experiences have mirrored many on here, and the generic responses I get from IKE, are in no way helpful, they say on their response to people’s reviews that they want to work with you, but they don’t, generic answers and no guidance. Still not sure what I am going to do, seems sad to have spent months working on uploading to this site, I was so hopeful, but now I am very deflated.

Hi Trent, we are so sorry to hear you did not have a good experience when staring on Wirestock. As we have mentioned before, here you can see the new guidelines (https://wirestock.io/docs/submission-guidelines) where we have updated several topics, specially AI content. We understand that the acceptance criteria for marketplaces may seem too strict sometimes. But it is only to ensure our partner agencies receive the highest quality from us and our creators. We hope you can stay with us and grow and learn about stock photography and also develop your own Portfolio on Wirestock where you can share and sell your content without limitations.
