Wirestock suspended my account for without any reason
Wirestock suspended my account for a copyright issue but when I asked them to show me proof of a copyright issue but they did not show me any proof, without any proof they suspend my account.

Am I on a black list?
I'm a contributor for more than 2 years with a high approval rate (ca 95%), and my portfolio is about 1k pics. During the last year, the review process became hopelessly slow. Usually, I wait 3 months, then I reach out to their customer support and ask them to review my pics. Then they do it. It happened at least 3 times in a row. The platform itself is good, and I do see innovation. "Black list" - I didn't mean literally, however contacting the support didn't solve the problem. Or, just temporarily, and then I had to contact the support again, again and again. ... and I waited 3 months before I did, so I'm not impatient, right? ;-)

It's hard to understand why some images…
It's hard to understand why some images are denied, I'would like to know better what is the gap of images to focus on

WireStock is a Great Idea In Theory
I enjoyed the idea of wire stock. My biggest issue is how much trouble it is and a hassle to upload content from my computer. New uploading system that you implemented has made that really tough. I’ve noticed a huge drop off in my uploads because something that took about 10 minutes to do. Now takes over half an hour. Second issue. Occasionally your system flags my photography as being noisy. This simply is not the case. I’m not sure if your company is relying too heavily on AI however, when you blend images and create composites. That is the bulk of the content I upload to you. I’m not sure if this is what your system is picking out.

Easy to use platform
Easy to use platform, pretty intuitive. The whole process from uploading to submitting is not really time consuming. The option to describe the photo to support further processing is a good feature as well as the automated keywording. In case of troubles, questions and the like, there is a quick responding support-team in the background to help. Why 4 stars instead of 5? The review process seems a little bit too slow in the last couple of months. But contacting the support-team helped in each case.
