They worked hard for me it takes time but that's the court system I highly recommend them

When I first signed on with Wiperecord to expunge my arrest, I had been informed that there is a 100% money back/customer satisfaction guarantee. This put my mind at ease when singing up with them. I was told it would take 3 to 5 months to expunge my record. After 5 months, the company was very slow with the process, and they were just beginning, this caused me to question their guarantees, so I decided to expunge my record on my own. When I first signed on with Wiperecord, they said they were fast and efficient, and I was busy at the time so I was unable to expunge my own records. After the 5 months had passed, I had more time and was able to perform my own expungement. When I informed Wiperecord of all this, they said that they would not refund my money because I voluntarily terminated the contract of service. I told them I understand this, and that I should at least be refunded most of my money because they had done probably an hour's worth of work up to this point (I know because I ended up expunging my own records at a much faster rate than they were going at). They said it does not matter if they did little or no work for me, and that once I had paid there were no refunds. This made me feel as if Wiperecord was in business of pure monetary gain rather than the interests of it's customers. I understand that the contract says no refunds allowed under voluntary termination, I just feel that if a company truly cared about the future and interests of it's customers, it would be more willing to work with it's customers in a case like this. Ultimately, Wiperecord did little to help me, and took $1000 from me for next to nothing. Some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced. For those that were able to receive a "fast and efficient" expungement, I'm happy for you, but this company was not the right one to go to for me.

Wipe Record, helped me so much. I was unable to get a decent job do to a felony on my record. I learned my lesson however my whole life was brought to a hold from my past. Wipe record fought for me and my case was dismissed. Thanks Wipe Record.

This company ROCKS!! It took exactly one year for the judge to sign off on my petition, the length of time was not on wipe records, I live in Washington state and the court system here moves slow, wipe record kept me inform on the progress on my petition Rogelio the paralegal awesome guy always return my phone calls if he couldn't reach me he would send me an email on my updates, I just received my cpl in the mail, it was worth every penny to let them handle this matter
