The best digital only bank, the virtual cards are a real game changer. I am able to create virtual cards that expire within a day, week month, etc. And add spend limits on each. This is really good for online payments. They also have the 2% cashback if you open a credit line. The Wio invest platform may be one of the best investment platforms in the UAE (as long as you are a long-term, not day trading). There are no delays for transferring funds, you can get instant cash after selling a US stock position which is quite powerful. They do seem to change the cashback rules, they recently made it slightly worse. I can only get 0.5% on fuel now instead of the previous 2%. Also the foreign currency accounts is really good, in debit mode you don't pay any foreign transaction fee. Good if you travel to the UK or EU, beats many cashback or travel points credit cards (especially the penalty on EEA/UK transactions). Although the cards are boring, I don't get any lounge access, purchase protection, or any of those fancy card perks. It might be good if you don't care about those stuff. When sending local bank transfers, it gives you peace of mind as you can see the entire process live using the status tracker. So you know if the payment did reach the beneficiary.

I've been using a Business account with wio for more than 6 months, called the customer service several times and all been clarify and no problems whatsoever in transactions, receiving or sending money.

All in one super app. Pros :- *Cheapest commission for trading in UAE. * FD rates are among the best in UAE. *Only bank that pays you 1% cashback for paying off other credit cards from different bank. * No hidden charges so far. Cons:- *Customer service is really slow. Works only on weekdays. ( via WhatsApp) *App user interface is pretty average especially for trading. *Doesn't offer pre market or post market trading options unlike competitors.

No problems with WIO Using WIO for half a year now and everything works fine for me. Cards, transfers (also international), interest earning, investing, all good.

I saw a lot of negative reviews on this bank before getting to the UAE, I can say I had an absolute wonderful service from start to finish. I managed to set up both my personal and business accounts within a matter of minutes and had my bank cards and cheque books delivered to me within 3 business days of opening the accounts. Customer service has been amazing, sent funds from my international account to these accounts and they cleared within 3 business days. I have to say my experience was delightful and look forward to my growth with WIO! Thanks WIO team, let’s grow together!

Wio.io is super easy to use and cheap as well. Converting between currencies appears to cost next to nothing, the same for buying shares. Interest rates on savings accounts with no restrictions are competitive. I have had no issue so far, everything has worked. It's a new online bank, I expect more services to be added like trading shares in other markets than the US, and improved credit card offers.

I had a simple issue which I thought was going to be very difficult to sort out. The CEO got involved (tell me a bank where that happens) and the issue was resolved very professionally. Why I have given 5 stars is because two of their senior managers followed up and took onboard my comments to improve customer care. They did not hide behind some policy. Well done WIO looking forward to you being an even bigger disruptor and listening to the customer

One of the best digital bank in UAE. Though they have lack of many features like instant in app transaction notification, in app 3d secure authentication, edit virtual card name, lack support of open banking platform like with lean technology, only one option to add money which is through bank transfer, they could have added debit card add money feature yet I love it. Hope they will soon add all those features!
