Yet again, absolute 5 star service from the team. They helped my son revert back to a previous, backed up version of his server. They literally saved the day!! My son was distraught when he thought he had lost everything he had created (via a genuine angry human-mob!!!). Can’t thank the team enough. Best customer service ever! (Support ticket raised 3rd Jan.)

I bought an 8gb pack and they were only giving us like 2.27. I couldn't run the modpack I was intending to, so it was useless.

Had some concerns relating to my server, some things i wasn't sure i understood, and had someone reply to my request and explain everything as needed within a short amount of time. Customer service is fantastic, and the servers they offer are brilliant, I have had no issues (outside my self created one) so far. Fantastic service

I've been a client with WinterNode for 18 months (as of last update), and they have done nothing but impress so far. Long-term reliability is not something that I take for granted, and I am happy they have been able to provide it. Excellent hardware, support availability, and near-nonexistent downtime or unannounced reboots (something I've unfortunately experienced a lot with other providers). I am grateful to have heard about WinterNode, and I feel confident recommending it to anyone who asks me about hosting providers.
