I needed wild caught fish for my specific medical diet. I also needed directions for cooking the fish. Diane was a new to me employee. Diane wrote out her special seasoning which I will share with the world. The fish was amazing. This lady was very friendly and took time out to do that instead of just the printed version on tape. Whoever brought this woman has excellent taste ~ literally 😋 Thank you Diane!!! I will be in after church for more!

Always . . . smooth the store is in order clean isles, friendly staff and smells like Dillards inside WOW!! ( I understand shortages due to shipping beyond Winn Dixie fault ). I'm a Winn Dixie Groupie for LIFE!! *I got my FREE B day cake 🎂 * Once again I twirled into💃 Winn Dixie so ☺️ happy they didn't closed down like the one on NW 107th & 7th Avenue. 😩 As usual store was clean 🌻 and employees🫡 were fabulous! Only giving 5 stars because of the sweet young lady who went out her way to assist me. Cashiers have awful attitudes and looks miserable i just think they should fire every last one of them and keep the young lady. Shes always smiling, friendly and FAST on the register by far the BEST employee there. Wish the young lady wore a name tag so she can get honored.

So I went to my neighborhood Winn Dixie.. which I go to at least once a week.. except this time, I was a little stressed out and in a rush to get balloons for my sons graduation dinner. Tbh, the employees haven’t historically been very friendly (except the sweet girl with the pretty pink hair; she is always so friendly and courteous and deserves a raise:). However, this time, Kevin from produce, assisted me in choosing and filling a bouquet of balloons. Not only was he incredibly friendly and professional, but I feel he went above and beyond in helping me to get the mission accomplished; and on time, so that I wasn’t late for the graduation dinner! If it had not been for Kevin’s help, I would’ve had to go elsewhere and would never had made it on time! My commendations to Kevin for being such a kind and amazing employee!!! Thank you so much for your patience and assistance! I sincerely feel that you handled the situation with far more patience and kindness than any other employee would have done; let me once again suggest: Kevin likewise deserves a raise! From what I’ve seen, Kevin and the girl with the pink hair (please forgive me for not remembering your name right now and know I feel awful for referring to you in that way… I just wanted to acknowledge you:) are the two employees that best represent that establishment. Kudos to you both:) Your strong work ethics show in a time where this is actually quite rare; it’s very refreshing and should be acknowledged:) PS.. Kevin, you asked me to let you know: Yes, the balloons actually made it through riding in my trunk and through dinner:) Thanks again!

Winn Dixie has the best prices, quality fresh produce and foods. The Winn dixie I go to is about 45 miles away from where i live but well worth the drive. There once was a couple of Winn dixie stores located where I live but was closed due to rouses opening . I will never shop at rouses the produce is fly infested and I cannot stand walmart. There's less than a handful of choices regarding grocery stores in this area . I spent 300 at walmart and sams I literally felt robbed. I spent just under 200 at Winn dixie and when I was putting the groceries away I had to store foods in the other freezer and pantry because i ran out of room in here. The sales they have are great, while in the past the other stores had sales on items i never purchase which was useless to me. The seafood is fresh . The employees are polite , helpful, and they keep the store clean and stocked. There is no self check out which makes for a more personable experience. I loved Winn dixie stores in every location that I've ever been shopping at. If you can't find the product as they may not sell it, simply notify a manager and they will put in a request for that item to become available in their store on the spot. So next time you go they will have it. It's a great experience to shop where you get assistance when you need it. If you are not satisfied with a purchase, they go above and beyond to ensure satisfaction without hesitation. Also they make your experience pleasant since they are not constantly rearranging products making it hard to find like walmart always does. You can expect to run in and grab what you need quickly, checking out is not time consuming since they have more than just two cashiers . The employees are wonderful , friendly , not once in my experience that I had a question was told "i don't know" . If they don't have the information you need they stop what they are doing to seek the answers. I don't know why I haven't gone the distance to get the quality service and foods inthe past. I decided I had enough of walmart and choose Winn dixie. It's by far the better choice. Thank you Winn dixie !!!
