I really like how they leave a Dirty Mop in the corner of one of the frozen food cases.. I asked, they told me that 'it's so the employee can mop the floor without having to go into the stock room to get it'.. that Mop is there All Of The Time.. nice presentation.. but, I guess it goes along with the high prices to make up for lost sales and the Two or Three day old food they call 'Freshly Made' at the Hot Food Bar.. they also don't bother to Rotate Stock.. newest dated food is in the front of the shelf always. And they mark down 'Sale' items that expire in a month or two.. Punta Gorda Florida...

I never got a $3 refund on my cc from an overcharge on June 15TH . I wonder if it was suppose to be a CASH refund .....so I wonder who got it. Ongoing problems with points disappearing. This was at the Mission Hills Naples FL location.

I went into Winn Dixie because my amazon return said I could bring it there, Not knowing anything about it I waited in line at the service desk? Only to be reprimanded by the blond short haired girl at the service desk...that I had to do everything by this white kiosk in front of the registers. LIKE I KNEW THAT!!! THIS STORE SUCKS!!! when they started they were great but since the last 3 months items we paid for are not in the bags we bring home.. This is stealing. So Far, butter, pork chops and a quart of heavy cream. when i called the manager he said he would check but didn't seem to ask for my phone number to let me know when i gave it to him and asked if he was going to call me back he said yes. to date they have stolen 25.00 from us. Back to Publix, whole foods, fresh market, and trader joes.. I don't need thieves
