Delivery guy very rude. Packaging old and torn and dirty.

This bed is the best bed I have ever slept on. Absolutely love it! I would highly recommend this bed to anyone. So good!

We received our wink bed 5 days before the base. We paid $350 for the set up and removal of our old bed. It was a nightmare. The person who came to set up our bed had no idea what he was doing. We had to show him the YouTube video of how to assemble the bed. He was sweating so profusely that his sweat was dripping on our new bed and base. My husband had to leave work to help him remove our old bed and set up the new bed. We could have saved ourselves money, time, and gross sweat being dripped on our new bed. The slats for the new be had shredded material over the boards as if they had already been used. I never write bad reviews, but i feel it was necessary in this situation. At one point, the man setting up our bed apologized for dripping sweat on my husband. I was really nauseated by the whole process which took about 90 minutes to complete.

The UPS delivery person did not help by bringing it up to the door. He quite literally dropped it off and RAN to his truck. I don’t want to say women aren’t strong but that was quite difficult to get up the stairs myself.

Was smooth process from order to delivery. Very comfy thus far.

I wasn’t super thrilled with the LoadUp service, nothing against the driver, I just didn’t realize it was a third party service.

Mattress shipped way faster than I expected. So far so good with the comfort. I've been very pleased.
