Everything showed up timely and in good condition

The person I talked to on the phone guided me directly to the mattress I needed. I trusted her and am glad I did. Only negative comment I'd have is that the mattress was dropped off in our driveway without previous notification.

Bed is great so far, delivered in a timely manner in a well constructed box. Interested to see how it wears in.

Ordering was easy and delivery was smooth. The bed is super comfortable as well. Thank you!

The bed was too soft. I prefer my old one. You guys can come pick this one up.

Easy install Super easy

The people at WinkBeds have been great to work with!

I rate this 4.8 stars. WinkBeds was quick to reply when I asked if they had an ETA on the order, and they were friendly and professional in their responses. Coincidentally, the order showed up that same day. There was a separate confirmation of delivery email, as well, but for whatever reason I never saw an email with tracking information when it shipped. That was the only reason I didn't give a full 5.0 rating.
