So far so good. I added my bank account to my payment area, and even though I didn't click instant pay my pay is in my bank account very quickly, even with the holidays. Only thing I wish you would offer, is multiple pay out areas, so like 75% to one account and 25% to another. Would help with savings.

Support team is trying their best. I will say the support team here is very small, with that said everyone that I interacted with was professional and went out of their way to look into my issue. I previously wrote that they messed up my instant payout, this is only partly true. While I set the incorrect card as my instant payout I had no way of knowing this since I was only able to see the last four digits of my card which it just so happens I have two cards with the same last four digits unbeknownst to me. Wingspan is a small company trying to grow and with that comes growing pains.

In my account as stated when signing up. The only thing on the invoice that wasn't indicated what the exact hours worked to review.

It's fairly easy to use, and I trust it for submitting invoices easily. It's a secure site and I have no worries about data security.

The only reason Wingspan didn't get a 5-star rating is because I'm new to Wingspan. The ease of applying is fast, efficient, and easy to understand. Given more time to understand and learn more about how Wingspan works, it will certainly net a 5.

I am new to this site. I can only rate what I have used so far. It is very well set up to track for my taxes. Thank you.

I like how simple your program is, and how easy it is to learn. I'd like to be able to break up invoices into payment plans in the future, and I'm having some trouble linking my cc to track expenses alongside my income and transfers

It's a great base of a platform, but does not yet offer everything I was looking for. I could find other ways of invoicing but I really am interested in 401k support and more advanced tax features
