Absolute garbage. We have been fine with Ent for decades, did not want this merger, but they decided to force themselves on us anyway. Now its a wreck, and Wings takes no responsibility for anything. RUN.

This bank has terrible support. You can't spend over $3500 before 7 AM. What kind of bank does that?

I Can't trust this Credit Union, Biggest mistake was Trusting Them from word go, I moved my auto Deposit to a Federal Credit union, come September I will remove all moneys from Wings Credit Union, Don't make the same mistake i did Trust is earned and they FAILED.

How sad ENT is gone. The line in the Constitution and Marksheffel branch stretched from the cashiers to the front door. May as well been in Walmart. Friendly, familiar faces are gone, replaced by empty rookies. The ATM seemed to be the smartest of the bunch … 50 years with ENT and I suddenly have to replace my debit card because of the ‘Fraud Protection’ clowns. Which don't even speak English. The person assisting me felt it sufficient to print me a month’s transactions and call it a day. //Carl

If I could give them zero stars I would. I never had any problems with ENT, but with the merger it’s been horrible! The chat is never available and the only agent I’ve talked to is crass, and will keep saying the same thing over and over. I had an overdraft and of course was charged $30. I really needed a few groceries today but my payment didn’t go through! Why have courtesy pay if you aren’t going to honor it?? I really don’t like these changes at all, and if it wasn’t such a pain to get my direct deposit checks changed, I would find another place to do my banking!

ENT was an excellent credit union. If it ain't broke, don't fix it. Now Wings is broke & they cannot fix it. I will no longer refer them. Wish it had stayed ENT!

The Columbia Hghts location has the worst customer service. Today there machine they force me to took my cash and no credit. Do not use this bank!

Terrible Customer Service. They keep charging $3.00 per month for paper statements even though I told them repeatedly to stop sending them. Incapable to help setup online link to change settings.
