Customer service is awful with respect…
Customer service is awful with respect to response time to answer questions prior to a purchase. The customer service rep I was working with does not even know their own products. It has taken weeks to answer simple questions.
Response from WineRacks.comApr 8, 2021
Hi Thomas, we've reviewed all of our contact records and cannot find you among our customers or contacts. Most of our customer service staff members have been with us for many years and are very knowledgeable about our products. What they don't know, they can usually find out from our suppliers and do their best to respond within 2 business days. Please reach out if we can be of further assistance.

We bought an 8ft- and a 6ft-wine rack…
We bought an 8ft- and a 6ft-wine rack for our wine cellar. They look great. We love the modular design which allowed us to adapt the racks to our cellar. The only thing we had not expected is that they came in pieces and the assembly required we purchase a pneumatic nail gun. This was not specified anywhere and is not an equipment everyone has. Some essential pieces were missing but they were provided when we contacted customer service.

Thank you for your review. We apologize for any confusion but we try to make things very clear with our product descriptions and offer options such as pre-drilled spacer bars for screw assembly that you can choose when purchasing your wine rack. Brad nail assembly is by far the most common, fastest and most "invisible" way to assemble the racks. Please let us know if we can be of any further assistance.
