This has been an absolute horrible experience in ordering a $6000 wine rack system. They have been telling me the system should ship next week. I have heard this now for 4 weeks. Dont expect any customer service from them either.

Don't order unless you are in no big hurry to get your rack. Ordered the smallest, simplest, unfinished rack, waited a week to call about shipping and was told that it takes a few weeks. I asked for an approximate shipping date and was told Oct 10 (ordered on Sep 22). Person I talked to didn't seem at all interested in any form of trying to improve the situation. When I questioned the long wait he was pretty much dismissive. DO BETTER

Hello James, we do not have any previous orders under your name, can you please send more details about your order to [email protected]

The wine rack doesn't hold wine. Our standard size bottles have nothing to REST on! It's already installed and fits perfectly but we'll have to Jimmy rig it in order to use it. VERY DISAPPOINTING.

Hello, we believe you may have ordered Magnum racks, which are for champagne bottles, instead of standard racks for standard bottles. Please reach out to [email protected] for further assistance.

The stain and quality was not very good. No refund allowed so we just put it in the trash and lost 1200 bucks. Would never buy here again

Charged but product not delivered.

Hi Shelley, We understand your frustration. Upon reviewing your order, it seems a discontinued item was not available and you were offered an upgraded replacement at no cost. Regrettably, we did not receive any response from you via email or phone, which hindered our ability to reach a resolution. When we did finally get to speak to you, a refund was offered.

Ordered 5 foot racks but received 4 foot racks!

Terry, I hope all is rack. The 5' tall VintageView racks are made of a 4' and a 1' as is stated on the website

I was excited to get the wine racks we ordered which were stained pine. I did not expect to have to almost completely re-stain the product and in several cases sand and re-stain. The product for the most part had never been sanded during manufacturing and your quality control procedures need a serious overhaul. I paid extra for staining and screw assembly, only to find that the screw holes were not stained and there were no cover caps for the screw holes. When i inquired about the missing caps i was told that i should have not ordered screw assembly but rather left it as nail assembly.

Very unhappy with their customer service, I still have not heard back on my second email about getting replacement parts. When I started assembling the racks and using the provided screws (by hand), the wood started to crack on the few three pieces I assembled. I immediately stopped and contacted customer service, it took several days for someone to get back to me, And when they did get back to me, they kind of put the blame on me for what happened. I followed exactly what their instructions. I had to pre-drilled the racks to make sure the rest of the wood won't cracked. I'm still waiting a response from my second email asking for the three pieces to be replace. Never again.
