Fake promises ridiculously long processes
I have messaged the support team 3 separate times each time they tell me “the issue will be resolved by the end of the day.” I have been waiting a month to be verified not even fully verified I was missed 1 document and I uploaded the day they told me it was missing. Why is this taking so long when I’ve been promised it would be handled I have screen shots of each time them telling me it would be handled. I like the casino but I’m not putting more money in until I can successfully redeem once like come on now other casinos have the ability to do it same day lol UPDATE: they made things right thank you so much
