Great and prompt service

I have placed at least five orders with WIneonsale and each order has arrived promptly and in excellent condition. I appreciate the selection, have yet to be disappointed in a bottle of wine, and love the convenience of home delivery. I have no experience with customer service because my overall experience with the company has been excellent.

I had to contact you all because I had placed an order on Friday 2/6 that I was billed for but it never showed in my orders and there was no status of the order ever being place. The rep I communicated with via email was very helpful and answered all of my questions! Hang on to Lupe! She is awesome!

I entered the wrong ship to address on my recent order and immediately contacted customer service. Lupe responded so quickly and was so helpful the order has been taken care of! great customer service.!!!

Disappointed with my experience. The website was confusing, customer support was slow to respond, and the order took much longer than promised. Overall, the service did not meet my expectations.

thought I got a great deal when I bought this on Groupon, but then they charged me $55 for shipping when I went to their website. So I paid $120 for 20 bottles, which still wasn't bad. But I never got my stuff. They said when my order was delivered, I wasn't home, so it got sent back to them and was also damaged. My only option was to pay another shipping fee to get it sent back. Then they said I could get a refund, but they'd take out $82, which made no sense. Then they got back to me and said sorry, they couldn't refund me, and I'd have to contact Groupon. I did reach out to Groupon, but they couldn't give me a refund because my voucher was already used.
