What a shit show. This is the worst customer experience I have ever had in my life. Paid $25 for 2-day shipping and they did not ship it until 5 days later. Then they tried to deliver it while I was out of town. Needless to say, I never got my wine. When I called them, I first spoke with one man who then transferred me to another man (the shipping coordinator) who proceeded to treat me like absolute shit. LOL I think he's working in the wrong field!!! (Pro tip: listen to your customers and try to solve their problem. Probably shouldn't yell at them.) Disgraceful.

Online order entry is quick and easy and they usually have everything we like in stock.

The items I ordered were in stock and the curbside pickup was quick and efficient.
