Hi Betsy - I'm so sorry to hear about your experience. We have extensive assembly videos that guide installation. Can you please email us directly with your full name and information so we can look up your account and talk with you? I was not able to find an order with your first name and last initial in our database, otherwise I would call. You can directly email [email protected] with your order information. Thank you!

Hi Andrew - We suggest three ways of assembling the wine racks. Using the nails we send you with a regular hammer, a nail gun, or drilling the holes. If you don't have a drill or nail gun, they are available to rent at Home Depot or we also sell nail guns and assembly kits via our website. We highly recommend using a nail gun as swinging a hammer can result in splitting of wood. In our shipping instructions, we let you know if you have any issues we are more than happy to send free replacement parts. I'm sorry it was difficult for you. Please feel free to contact us at [email protected] so we can look up your account and see if we can help you further by sending any replacements.
