Wine Cellar InnovationsReviews of winecellarinnovations.com

Guillermo was excellent in helping design the cellar with the appropriate racks and maximizing the space. I couldn't be happier with how it turned out, and the wine definitely benefits from proper storage and proper serving temperature. I will say that these are not the easiest things to put together, especially without a nail gun. However, with some time and patience, it can be done. There is also a sense of accomplishment when you fire up the cooling unit for the first time! Shipping was easy. I had to return some pieces that I didn't want to use, and there was no issue with shipping and I received the proper credit. Good people with a great product.

I found Wine Cellar Innovations on-line as we wanted a proper and safe storage for our wine. After some initial e-mail communication with WCI, we drove to Cincinnati to look at our options and chose an unfinished (not stained) wine rack. We were treated very well there and ended up with the one we had liked on-line. The kit arrived very quickly, and it was a simple matter to assemble using a nail gun. We put the rack in the unused space underneath our basement stairwell (where it's cool). We like our wine rack so much that we often show it to friends, and we'll eventually buy another from Wine Cellar Innovators to go next to this one.

I am a custom home builder and have installed these racks in high end custom homes. Great options, easy assembly, and look nice! Have them in my own cellar.

I started with one Designer Series 5 column rack, factory second. Quality was outstanding and it was easy to assemble with a drill to pre-tap nail holes (I.e, a power nailer is not required). As my wine collection has increased so has my racking from WCI. I now have four 5-column racks and a table top rack as well; a combination of new and factory seconds. All racks arrived promptly in excellent condition, assembled easily and look great. The only reason I have not ordered more is I am out of cellar space, for now.

Wine Cellar Innovations is an absolute pleasure to do business with. I could not find anyone who could beat their pricing. Their customer service representatives are professional, courteous and knowledgeable. The several commercial wine racks we ordered for our store were shipped promptly; they were packed very well and arrived in perfect condition. I look forward to future orders! I purchased the 60 bottle wine rack. I assembled it with glue and screws instead of the nails provided and it is a very nice solid secure wine storage system.

I've made two purchases with wine cellar innovations now and have been happy with both. The first time I bought 2 wine cubes ('stackable' I think they call them) and found them to be a good solution for household wines. As my wine collection grew, so did my family and we moved into a larger apartment. I decided to buy some 'vintner series' wine racks to accommodate all the extra wine I collected over the last year. The racks shipped in about 5 days after my order was confirmed (within 24 hrs). Assembly of the vintner racks is probably best done with a nail gun. Luckily I had a contractor working on our new apartment so he was able to assemble them for me. He found the instructions a little confusing but it's not exactly rocket science. It took him about 2 hours to build the 3 racks, including bolting them to the wall (highly recommended). They give you a couple of little braces to attach the racks to the wall, but I'd suggest using something stronger like a piece of solid wood and nails. I'd be happy to shop with them again if I ever need another expansion.

We turned a storage closet, into a wine cellar (closet), with the stackable wine racks. Two racks wide, by five racks high...different styles. The outcome exceeded our expectations! They came fully assembled, are constructed well and look great! People can't believe how great it looks and functions. Would do it again, in a heartbeat.
