Wine Cellar InnovationsReviews of winecellarinnovations.com

I ordered the stackable wine racks for our bar top to showcase the new wines we got in and it really made the bar look beautiful... I received me order quick and they were already pre assembled a few days after receiving my racks I got an email from customer service to see if everything went ok which was a plus!!! I will defiantly be ordering more racks from this company

I bought a set of Vintner series redwood wine rack kits for my little wine room. After looking around the web at several options, I decided to try Wine Cellar Innovations first. However, after trying to sort out exactly what combination of kits I should get I contacted the company to take advantage of their free design service. After a quick exchange of emails with Fabian, and a couple of days, I got some sample layouts. After looking at a few more iterations I finally placed my order. The kits arrived in several boxes, in good shape and with everything I needed. The kits assembled flawlessly and the redwood was straight and without knots. After sorting through the pieces and the directions the assembly went fairly quickly. I used a pneumatic brad nailer which I highly recommend - without it you might need two people. I did it all without help. The kits I purchased stacked 3' racks on top of 4' racks for a total height of 7', and also got 2 corner units. I also got the "display" option which displays the bottle label for one bottle in each column - it slightly reduces the number of bottles but I think it will make it easier for me to keep track of what I have stored in each column. The racks are sturdy and solid. I really love the finished product. It looks custom made it fits so tightly into the room - only about 2" of space on one end of the rack. I am really a novice at this, so I don't have any other products to compare this to, but based on my experience I would recommend this company to anyone. Hope this review helps.

We recently bought several kits from Wine Cellar Innovations and could not have been more satisfied with our experience. The website is easy to navigate and there is a wealth of information – which we used over several months while we designed our wine cellar. The dimensions for the various kits we ordered were clearly stated and accurate; we were able to easily determine which kits and how many would fit in the space we designated for the cellar. Placing the order was simple – as was the tracking of the order. It arrived within a week of our placing the order. Everything was packaged very well. Only one part of one kit came damaged. However, we were able to quickly reorder the piece at no cost – and it arrived 10 days later. Would we use Wine Cellar Innovations again? ABSOLUTELY. From start to finish – a great experience.

Glad I bumped into this website. Found exactly what I needed in minutes. The price is average but the quality is exceptional.

Was seeking a wine rack to start building my collection. After talking with several different wine rack sales people, I was getting frustrated, everything was so expensive. And, thus turned to the web for a quick search. I came across Wine Cellar Innovations. Just wanting a quick look at what they had, and then had one of those annoying little pop up windows open with an agent asking if they can help. I figured why not, and super happy that I did. I was able to 'chat' with the sales agent, at first thinking that it was a computer bot, and then realizing that it was a human, that actually took the time to read what I was asking about. They helped me find the perfect rack to start with, and it fit into my budget perfectly. I choose the basic shipping, and it was at my home in a mere 2 days. It was not assembled, though the directions for putting it together were quite easy. If you have access to a small nail gun, this process will go a lot smoother. I only went through three one-eighth inch drill bits, but they are so small, that they break easily on their own. In all, it only took about 20 minutes to put the rack together. Now it sits happily in my home, a new conversation piece, and holds all of the wine that I want. The best part? It's an expandable rack, so more racks can be added to the collection when necessary, and they don't look out of place.

Very pleased with delivery, assembly and finished product

When buikding my new home, I received several quotes to buikd out my wine cellar. I decided to buy the Vinter series rack kits from wine cellar innovations. I saved thousands over a custom job. The ordering was easy, shipping was fast. And assembly was without fault especially when using a nail gun. When it came to installation, I took it slow and steady working from the ground up and making sure everything was level and square. It is now my pride and joy and I can say "I did that!" The room size is approximately 800 sqft and can handle about 600 bottles.

I was referred to Wine Cellar Innovations by a friend who recently set up his own cellar using their shelving. The shelves are great! Very simple, easy to assemble, and affordable. I appreciate that they are designed to be modular and flexible to fit just about any space. My only regret is that they don't come with wine! The shelves arrived on time, the ordering was easy, and I don't get bothered with a lot of emails after my order is made.
