The wine rack arrived at my house safe and sound. As far as assembly, I was able to put it together just using a hammer and the included nails. While it was not the easiest to do myself, I was able to get the rack put together just fine. I actually installed the wine rack inside a butler's pantry storage cabinet with L.E.D. lighting. It turned out great and is serving its purpose quite well.

I love my curvy wine cubes, I purchased 2 from them. When I got my items they were very well packed.also the material, the wood was excellent. I put them up on my wall, and everyone who comes to my house, wants to know where I got the curvy wine cubes. Excellent product, would recommend to everyone.

I purchased 3 stackable wine racks thru sales rep Eric Flores. Eric was great in assisting me in what racks would fit my needs. He always returned my phone calls and emails . I really like the racks, the kits arrived in good condition and came with easy to follow diagrams and instructions. If and when i expand my wine cellar i will for sure contact Eric.. Finding Wine Cellar Innovations made this project much easier and more cost effective than making the racks myself. The quality of construction and the quality of the finish is top notch. The website giving good line drawings with full dimensions allowed me to fit the space perfectly with out guess work.

Wine Cellar's customer service was amazing! When I called to get opinions on the different types of racks I was given very detailed descriptions. In addition I called to ask questions why I was installing and the rep was very helpful in walking me thru step by step. I would give them a 4.5 however as the installation process, why simple, the supplies given were bad. The nails were soft and as soon as I would hammer them, they would bend. I split a few pieces of wood trying to install. Also, some of the nails did not have sharp ends, and none had a larger flat head to hammer. Pls ask for better quality nails when purchasing.

We ordered three curvy wine cubes and we love them! We had excellent service that exceeded my expectations. I was on a tight schedule getting them to use in a charity "wine wall" fundraiser. I was nervous that they wouldn't arrive on time, so I called on a Saturday morning, hoping that I might be able to leave a voice mail. Imagine my surprise when an actual person answered the phone and politely directed my call to the appropriate person. I spoke with a worker in the warehouse who said he would ensure that the wine cubes were sent just as soon as possible. They did indeed arrive quickly and they are beautiful. My husband assembled them easily, and after they were featured in our wine wall fundraiser (where they got many compliments), we have put them in our dining room. It's refreshing to order something online and receive such good customer service from people who truly care about their customers and the quality of their products.
