I purchased a kit from Wine Cellar Innovations. The kit used different styles of racks and a serving area and was floor to ceiling. Each section of the kit was individually packaged with very explicit instructions on how to construct the unit. The wood was of excellent quality and I had no difficulty in following the directions including safely attaching the final unit to a back wall of the cellar. Finally, the agent who helped me initially with the dimensions of the entire unit and its components was excellent and very tolerant of my explanations. The unit matched exactly what we had spoken about .

Purchased the Traditional Series - Premium Unstained Redwood racks back in November 2014. Ordering process couldn't have been easier and my shipment arrived earlier than expected. All pieces and parts arrived undamaged. Received emails confirming my order, delivery, and if necessary how to return any items for whatever reason. Installation was made easier by using a nail gun. I would certainly recommend Wine Cellar Innovations to all my friends. Cheers!

I purchased a Traditional Redwood Wine Rack from WineCellarInnovations.com to store wine and craft beer. Some wine racks cannot accommodate the craft beer bottles. I am very pleased with the rack and highly recommend these racks. Wine Cellar Innovations shipped the rack quickly and it was received in good condition. The design and materials are first rate. Since I did not have a nailer available, I predrilled holes for the nails and used a wood glue to provide additional strength. Excellent value.

I am happy with the wine cellar I recently assembled. Wine Cellar Innovations provided good advice on which wood is the best to have, and the website has very good information to plan your own cellar. Their prices when on sale are the best that I could find online. I was missing one piece of wood (stabilizer) and I called them and received it two days later for free. The products are also very good, pretty easy to assemble if you have or get a finish nail gun.

I had a great experience with Wine Cellar Innovations. The wine rack I received was exactly as described and it arrived quickly. Putting together the wine rack was simple and easy, I just wish I had a nail gun to use. It would have been a breeze if I had one, as hammering was the hardest part (and that wasn't very difficult). I gave the wine rack to a couple of friends for Christmas, and they loved it. It shipped right on time, even during the busy Christmas season. I will definitely be going back to Wine Cellar Innovations when I get my own wine rack.

In our home situation we have a single story rental home with one inside wall. Just like a piano, we needed to keep our wines away from sunlight and heat.This wall was the best choice. We ordered 3 of the RP-UN-HH racks and I received then by the time noted on our delivery schedule. I'm good with a hammer and proceeded to assemble the racks on our back patio and they were ready in about 2 hrs. For our purpose we covered the back of the racks with slats where the bottles go because we didn't want the bottles to accidentally bang against the wall leaving round marks to our rental. So I purchased several 8' redwood lattice replacement sticks for $1.85ea. I didn't have to match the color much since they would be backed against the wall. I measured and cut them to fit across the openings in the back. It worked out great and we are very happy with our purchase. We also owned wine bar "D'Vine Jazz And Wine" in Morgan Hill, CA which included a wine store using the stained pine for our shelving. We order many different wine racks including a check out counter, round wine rack and a custom cellar with a locked cabinet. We had a great Wine Cellar Innovations experience and our Rep Trish Stokes who worked with us on our design was right on the money. I purchased the Vintner Series Wine Racks from WineCellar Innovations to make a cellar underneath my staircase. As soon as we purchased the home, I knew the space would be great for a wine cellar. The racks arrived were as described (color, quality and sizing) on the website, and were delivered as promised. The assembly was easy and painless; I used a nail gun to assemble the racks and adhere them to the walls.
