Overall I had a great experience with Wine Cellar Innovations. I had a large order, 15 or so pieces, everything came in good shape. They actually sent me an extra kit by mistake, was very easy to return. Their support team is very friendly and knowledgeable and helped me through some customization I needed to do. The compressor and nail gun they sent me worked very well, I had no issues. As others have mentioned this is definitely "some assembly required" in fact a lot of assembly. Make sure you are pretty handy or call some over that is. Very pleased with the results.

We bought the traditional racks to turn an awkward, unnecessary closet off of our garage area under some stairs into an amazing space. The racks are of great quality for the price and super easy to use. They assembled super easy, we were even able to adjust the height ever so slightly so they fit perfectly in the space and it didn't detract from the appearance at all. We purchased the unfinished pine and stained it ourselves. We also affixed them to the walls for added security. They even do well with some of the more awkwardly shaped bottles we brought home from overseas. They're holding all the wine we brought home from Europe very well!

Wine Cellar Innovations was prompt with my order. The directions made the wine racks easy to assemble, and even though the racks seem wobbly as stand alone items, they are very sturdy once the wine bottles are placed in the bottle slots. They have a variety of finish selections and types of bottle storage. They make it easy to have a wine area that looks very professional. D. R. Miller

We where looking to design a wine room and heard about wine cellar innovations. I looked online and was debating between two layouts. Jordan was very helpful and had the team draw it out for me to scale. We went back and fourth a few times because I wanted to change the design and he never lost patience with me. I finally found a design I was happy with and ordered. It was simple and hassle free. The wine shelves were easy to put up. Took about a day with a nail gun. Room looks great!

Grateful for the answers and guidance they shared with me through the entire process of installing my temperature and light controlled 500 bottle cellar. I asked Wine Cellar Innovations to design a small wine closet for me. The design was great, so I ordered their recommendations and set-up the wine cellar. The racks were pretty easy to assemble- I am pretty handy- and fit as advertised. Definitely buy/borrow/use a nail gun if possible, as there are a lot of nails that need to be utilized. Overall, I am very happy with the quality, value and service that I received.

The Vintner series wine rack kits work out great, I had a few questions which were answered quickly by Diego Sorto who was very helpful. Also the packaging was very good with nothing being damage during shipment. I did purchase a nail gun which made assembly go very well, I would not want to try assembly without using a nail gun.
