Fresh, Fast, and Fair Prices
I’ve been ordering from Windy City Cigars for a while now, and they’ve become my go-to for quality tobacco and rolling supplies. Their prices are consistently fair often better than other online retailers and I appreciate how well they pack and ship every order. Everything I’ve bought (Virginia, Burley, and Turkish blends especially) has been fresh, properly sealed, and exactly as described. Their website is easy to navigate, and checkout is quick. Shipping is usually fast, and I’ve never had a missing or incorrect item. Customer service is responsive if you have a question, which goes a long way these days. Overall, Windy City Cigars feels like a reliable, no nonsense company that takes care of its customers. If you’re into roll your own tobacco or pipe blends, I highly recommend giving them a try.
