Buy here if you don't mind waiting
I've been buying here for about a year. Same story every time. They're quick to acknowledge your order. As far as actually shipping your order? Not so much. They will create a label with USPS same day or next day but your order will not be picked up by USPS for at least a couple if not a few business says. I gotta hunch that this outfit is somebody's side hustle and they only make it to the warehouse every few days.

Hi, Thanks for being with us for the past year and for sharing your thoughts! We do create USPS labels quickly, and while tracking can sometimes take a little time to update, we’re always working to get orders out as smoothly and promptly as possible. We truly appreciate your support and look forward to serving you again soon! Warm regards,Windy City Cigars

Deplorable Customer Service
The customer service agent was rude from the onset & I had to curse at him in frustration. Not my finest hour. The agent then tried to retaliate by constantly calling me back. I do not recommend using this company for fear of a physical threat and possible tampering with your product

Did they go out of business?
Placed an order last week, paid for expedited shipping. This week, it says ready to ship and nothing else.... No way to cancel my order online or anything. I'm getting bad feelings about ordering from them for the first time.

Package not Delivered. No one but me cares.
USPS shipped package to wrong address despite order being correct. They blame Windy City Cigars. Spoke with Windy City. They said they will open an investigation. I am now out $50 and have run out of tobacco. I have ordered from this company monthly for 2 years now. Do yourself a favor and find a company that gives a f.
