Windows fit perfectly, install was easy. I like the more solid bottom rail that looks to be easier to clean the style I had In my old house that was terrible to clean.

After placing my order, a rep called me shortly after to make sure what I had ordered was absolutely correct. Having a distribution near my house save me the shipping and the windows were here so quickly! The entire experience was great! Also, the windows look and function great!

Fantastic. The entire process from ordering off the website to having new windows now worked perfectly. The website was smooth and straight to the point. The follow-up phone call was very reassuring after taking a chance with the amount of money involved. I wouldnt have taken the chance if I hadnt read that a person would be in contact. Got the call to verify and explain the delivery process. I live near a warehouse they partner with in Cincinnati, so pickup was the best option for me. I received a call as soon as they arrived in town, which was very quick. Within a week or two. They arrive well wrapped in great condition. No problems with installation and they look and function great. So yeah, the two I purchased was a test run and I will definitely be ordering the rest of my replacement windows from WindowEStore. Also last but not least, the price was extremly fair. Excellent experience all around.

Ordering was very easy, and delivery of my windows was quick! I appreciated having a live phone call to confirm my order. I will be recommending you to everyone I know!

You get what you pay for. The windows have a very wide frame that is not very attractive. I had one window frame crack already and it is not in direct sun, we are in Phoenix. The gaskets are not great at sealing, definitely a cheaper window. The screens are not secure at all, which maybe the case for most windows but these are very loose. I would spend more on a higher end window if I bought again. They were much better than the single pane windows that I replaced but I should spent the 30% - 40% more getting a better sealing window. I have more windows to replace but will be doing more research and most likely paying more for those windows which are in the front of the house. Overall I am not completely dissatisfied. They are decent but as I said you get what you pay for.

Outstanding service. Very knowledgeable about their products. Because of Derek's advice I was able to install the windows smoothly without hiccups. The advice I have for anyone installing their own windows is to talk with your city and county building departments before you install to be sure you are installing the windows per local codes and that you have all the required paperwork. In Florida, that just means understanding the Florida approval codes - which one applies to the specific window you're installing. These are sturdy windows, so the only variation for stormy areas is the number of screws used.

I only ordered one window but the quality was great, the price was very reasonable and the shipping was free to a local building supplier in my town. I'd definitely order more windows from Window Estore if I need more windows in the future.

really easy to order
