Have not installed these yet. They look great and the shipping was super fast from production to the pick up area.I called and asked many questions before ordering and always was given friendly service and great advice. Wanted to add a window to bring natural light in to our finished basement. None of the big box retailers carries the size that we needed, 48" x 16". My wife found WindowEstore on-line and ordered the EcoXtreme version of the window we needed. The window was ready earlier than expected, very pleased with the quality, comparable to the "big boys" of windows at a much better price. This is the easiest and most affordable option I have found for buying windows and believe me---I looked. Check out the helpful tips on measuring and build your window(s) on their website. They called to verify my order and measurements and quickly designed our windows. They were ready in a couple of weeks for free local pickup.
