We don't have a customer in our records with the first or last name with the spelling Muhammad. Doesn't appear to be one of our customers. We also don't offer aluminum doors or windows. If we somehow made a mistake please don't hesitate to reach out and we'll be happy to help.

This is my second purchase from WindowEStore! Our first purchase was for replacement windows which exceeded all expectations. Hence there was nothing to consider when we needed windows for new construction. Quick easy process and great communication. They even verify your selections with you before the order is booked so no inadvertent errors.

Excellent customer service! I called them before putting the order and Dereck was very helpful. He spent 15min, with me over the phone and answered all my questions. After putting the order, Sandra called me and checked the measurements with me. Five days later I had a confirmation email with a target delivery date. I am extremely happy with WindowEstore service overall!
