The meat at the Moreno Valley location…
The meat at the Moreno Valley location is terrible. The meat looks good in the package but once u open it up the underneath is terrible. Avoid this place. Rip off.

Only ONE check out open on a very BUSY Saturday morning. This is at the Tigard, OR store. The line at check out extends HALF WAY across the store. Who is the manager of this store? Do they even have a manager?

Cesar salad kits are very wilted for 4 dollars. I remember when they were 2.5 dollars i was very happy. when they increased the price after i started eating them regularly it made me very angry. The lettuce is very wilted and the crutons get very soggy.

i had purchased wrong item and returned with my receipt for refund. I was told very rudely its always been Winco's policy that once i walk out i can never return any items for refund. I asked why isn't this policy printed on receipt or publicly posted to inform customers at checkout I have been a loyal customer for over 3 years but because of this rude employee's interaction with me i will never shop at Winco ever again, and pass this message to all

Self-check out. Please put a barcode on the single avocados, or even a pic of it so one can find it without have to ask the person standing there to do it. I was NOT there to chat!!! put the code in the computer and move on. The person got her nose out of joint because I asked her to put the code in and move on she had to call the supervisor. Then the supervisor tried to take my cart. she got her nose out of joint when I asked her to leave it. Really people!!! Im in the self check out for a reason . I AM NOT THERE TO CHAT.

My review is more like 4.5 stars. The selection is great; I've always been helped when needed. The one near me has friendly staff. My only gripe is their bakery. It leaves much to be desired. The selection is terrible, and nothing seems fresh. Other than that, I highly recommend.

Terrible customer service here. When issues are brought to management attention, they are met with a poor customer service attitude and indifference. This rests on the shoulders of the store manager, Wendy, who not only tolerates this attitude from her employees, but leads by example as an example of how to not handle customers. No smile, and no introduction. Just an expression of a nasty attitude on her face. Her assistant manager acts exactly the same way, which is how I ended up speaking with her. Absolute F in customer service for both, with no exaggeration. Wendy will stare at you and say absolutely nothing when issues are brought to her attention, then lie to you and say how she is sorry about your problem without the slightest furrowing of the brow. Professional lie detectors abhor this two-faced behavior. Nasty attitudes coated with false apologies permeate the employees and management, complete with blame-shifting and outright abusive behavior towards customers. You will not be treated with respect here. This store desperately needs new management. This is the lowest customer service score I have ever seen, and I have prepared professional QSC reports for marketing for over 20 years. Lines for regular checkout are not reasonable, and the store staff will get nasty with you if you have a couple items over 15 in self checkout, even with many check stands open. Staff run checkouts can be over 30 minutes long on a regular basis. Management blames their customers for the issues they cause themselves, and escalate issues with their customers rather than de-escalate them. You will not feel welcome or a valued customer dealing with a management staff that acts this unprofessional when interacting with reasonable patrons. Shame on you winco management. You are a shining example of what not to do. From reading the other reviews here, it is clear you have a repeating customer service failure regarding your employees having a nasty attitude with customers, particularly in self checkout, and allow this to continue on a regular basis despite you being notified multiple times. Since management is engaging in this same behavior themselves, the cause of the customer service failure is far from being a mystery.

I’ve honestly been so impressed with WinCo. The quality is consistent, the prices are very fair, and the whole shopping experience goes very smoothly. It’s simple in the best way with the absolute best prices. After dealing with all the other grocery stores like , I realized a lot of them rely on branding and big promises. WinCo doesn’t make a big show, it just gets it right. And I genuinely appreciate that kind of no nonsense approach. I just wish I could order delivery. But I guess that goes against their low price model.
