never received goods and having trouble getting a refund Would suggest future customers think very carefully about trading with this company. Order placed 17th August and its now 15th October and nothing has been resolved

In September 2026 I came across Wilson and carter london , the clothes looked amazing . I looked at reviews on their website , all fabulous . I checked everything , even the return policy in small print at the bottom , states that the customer is responsible for payment to return . Stupidly I thought well I will just send it back to London if the outfit doesn’t fit . I ordered in good faith , I contacted them after 10 days asking where was my outfit , I was given a tracking number then I saw it was coming from CHINA . The product arrived , badly made , very thin cheap material and did not fit and nothing like the photo that was advertised . Many many emails written and replied to and they said I would only get a full refund 1. If I pay to send it to china ( approximately £15) 2. They will then decide if I am due a refund !! Like other reviews they said I would get 20% them 35% then 40% refund back and I would get to keep these awful clothes . I contacted my credit card ( Tesco ) asked them to get involved HOWEVER After there investigation I was told they would not get involved as it was concerned with my perception of the clothes . So I got 40 % refund and I donated the horrendous outfit to charity . PLEASE AVOID THIS CHINESE COMPANY , . They are not a registered business in company house , even using trading standards legislation did not help me in getting my refund

Same as other experiences dreadful quality and make it impossible for full refund. Do not use

PLEASE AVOID THIS COMPANY. I ordered a top for my husband's birthday, believing this was a UK based company and that returns would be easy. I really wish I'd checked Trustpilot reviews first! The first warning sign was tracking that notified me that the item was at the international airport. The top was very poor quality and the size was not the XL I had expected. I contacted them and have been through the same process as other reviewers, being offered a very small percentage refund on the basis I keep the item. Several emails later they have stopped replying. My bank will only initiate a chargeback if I provide a returns receipt, which they are perfectly entitled to do but I don't want to incur any further cost. I feel sick to the stomach that I have fallen for this sort of drop shipping

The Item is not as advertised and the company appear to be a scam! Wish I'd read the reviews! Quality -0/10, Accuracy 0/10. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

Avoid ordering anything from this website. SCAMMERS 100%!!!! Goods never arrive. They lie about item being delivered as proved from my door camera no one had been anywhere near my house. They are an absolute disgrace!!!

Poor quality jacket. Not sure who it could fit. Returns policy is an absolute joke. Effectively they ask you to pay again. Avoid at all costs!

Same as all the others thought it was London Based Utterly horrific item of clothing they emailed me at 5 am when I asked for a refund and thats when I realised Utterly Nasty clothing I'm guessing I too have lost my money
