Poor material didn't fit well, would not accept free return as stated on their site, offered me 30% refund, eventually I accepted 40% as I just wanted rid of them, then I cancelled my debit card as I don't trust them

Bad company , with horrendous customer service. Do not buy from here !If you want to return an item it will cost you more than the product you have bought . A complete scam. They will offer you a 10% partial refund at best . No good to anyone. The product is of very poor quality. Stay away!

Poor quality fabric and a frustrating returns process which involves them offering alternative solutions to returning the item through a series of emails - I reckon it’s designed to make you just give up! AVOID!

I sent an email asking how to return an item. No reply. Difficult people. Do not use this company. Having seen the poor reviews I will abandon my attempt to return the shorts and get a refund.

Absolutely diabolical don’t use this company I wish I had read reviews prior to me buying from them, now hoping to get my money back but that looks like that will be unlikely as what I have read in other reviews , a costly lesson learned
