Refused to cancel order, in breach of trading standards rules, 14 day cooling off period, charge extortionate amount to return the garbage products. Have been InTouch with credit card company to raise dispute and will be reporting to citizens advice for escalation to trading standards. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!

If I could do minus stars I would , exceptionally long delivery time, poor quality and completely wrong size sent . Furthermore it appears to be impossible to contact Wilson &carter to rectify the problem. Absolutely rubbish item and company to deal with

SCAM. Avoid this company. I ordered shoes and they arrived in a plastic bag and the quality is so bad, they are only fit for the bin. You can still see the glue, there are holes where there shouldn't be and the sole is paper thin. Had to ask for the refund address which they have never sent. Returns have to be posted back to China at YOUR cost and then a 20% of the cost is offered instead - which I am still waiting for. TOTAL SCAM SO TOTALLY AVOID!

This company should be closed down with immediate effect. They are breaking a multitude of advertising and customers rights laws. Avoid at all costs.

This company gets their things from China. If you do an image search on AliExpress, you will see the same outfit on there which are cheaper by more than half of what they’re selling it. It takes very long to come because of course it’s coming from China, but they pretend as though the things are local When I ordered, I thought oh I’ll have something nice and colourful to wear to work in the summer, once they get your order, they are practically begging  you to buy more at the same cheap price. I thought I will wait and see what I get first before I buy more, which I won’t be buying anymore. Another thing is that they blocked my email when I was asking where is my order and I had to get in touch with Paypal to enquire because I’m not hearing anything from them. My Advice is to go on AliExpress and do an image search and you can see all those lovely looking outfits. The material is okay but make sure you order bigger size and what you normally wear.

Wish I’d read the reviews prior to purchasing two dresses: material is rubbish viscose and is not representative of the photos on the website. Website makes it look like a London-based company - it’s not! Shipping took weeks and I had already left for my holiday. Trying to get a return/refund but now Customer support email is no longer working.

I would have given minus 0 if I could. How are people allowed to trade like this. Such fraud. Looked like a London company but what a fool I was. Lost 54.00 to shabby clothing that is nothing like the picture on the website. No easy returns like they state. I was told I would be refunded only to discover just 23.00 was refunded. I am not happy and I’m still emailing them but never get a reply I shall make sure that no one I know will purchase from them and that everyone passes the message on. This company misleads its customers and should be closed down. I will get the rest of my refund. Going to the press to highlight this company.
