Shame I could not give below ONE STAR Yes I too was offered 30% refund instead of sending items back stating that it would be costly to return. I managed to find a carrier DPD who were charging £13 to send to China however DPD then refused to deliver to carter Wilson as they refuse to pay parcel taxes!!Swimsuit too short in the body and the dress looked liked an oversized cheap rag DONT waste your TIME or MONEY absolute zero of a Company.

Caveat emptor indeed. I’ve just read reviews about the company on Trustpilot, and they are a truly appalling company in my experience. My own fault for not reading them first. What a total rip off. I ordered leather sandals which arrived very late and were plasctic and the wrong size. No returns in the UK (paid or otherwise) and terrible customer options with endless emails. So, I have been scammed by this sham company, trading in England as a legitimate company but flouting all our laws. Now they have now got my money. I have nothing of worth. All I can do is spread the word never to buy from them. I can only hope they flagged up to trading standards and removed from the internet.

Like other customer reviews, I have nothing positive to say about my experience in dealing with this Company. Their website is misleading: it gives the impression that this is an actual shop based in UK which sells high end goods at reduced prices. I purchased 2 linen tops- not only were they made of inferior material, the sizing was incorrect and are far too big. The website advises “easy returns” - quite frankly this is a joke! Having made email contact regarding return instructions, I have been offered replacements (and keep the original items). I’ve refused all their offers including partial refund and have now submitted a chargeback claim to my bank. Please do not purchase anything form this Company. I wish I had read the reviews beforehand!

AVOID AT ALL COSTS This company is a scam operation selling rubbish They have no relationship with London whatsoever. Their products are shabby and nothing like the photos you see. As others have said they are a Chinese company selling rubbish If you try and cancel your order you cant. What is more they will deliberately stop you return the items and use a graduated series of emails to try and 'buy you off' but offering to refund a fraction of the cost of the item As others have said they offer a tiny amount as a refund. They also say you have to return the item to China and quote fees of 50$ as postage to deter you from returning the items. The returns policy is utter rubbish

Sadly, I’ve been duped by this company and I can’t give zero stars 🤬. They are clearly not a UK company, as when I tried to return an item that was 100% Polyester rather than 100% Cotton, I was told the following “ Before we proceed with a return, I want to be completely transparent with you so you can make an informed decision. Due to high demand, returns are currently processed through our international facility overseas. Customers who choose this path typically encounter high return courier fees that often fall around $40 to $50 or more, depending on location. Packages need to travel overseas, pass through customs, wait in an inspection queue, and only then can a refund be reviewed. The timeline is controlled by international carriers and customs rather than by us, which can lead to long delays, tracking gaps, and additional clearance fees that are paid by the sender” There is no mention of the above refund process on their website. I was then offered a replacement item, but I have little hope of it actually arriving, as the Emily Parker I was corresponding with, has suddenly gone silent. DON’T BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

Poor quality, t shirts advertised as linen blend were 100% polyester. No connection to London, orders from China take anything upto a month. Causing nice photos. Avoid at all costs!

Very disappointing experience. The dress I received was poor quality, with badly finished stitching and a fit that looked nothing like the advertised photographs. Obtaining clear return instructions was unnecessarily difficult, and responses were delayed and appeared generic rather than addressing my concerns directly. Although the company presents itself as “Wilson & Carter London,” I was eventually given a return address in China and told that I must pay the expensive international postage myself. I was offered only a 40% refund if I kept an item that was not of acceptable quality. Customers should be aware of the overseas return arrangements and potential costs before ordering. Based on the product quality and the difficulty of obtaining a fair return resolution, I would not recommend this company.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!! Scored one star as no option for 0 Company is a scam Ordered 2xl coat, fitted my size 8 niece Came in a 4x6 plastic bag. With a SHEIN type bag inside Tried to return it was told $40-$50 dollars but would refund 15% I refused And finally had to make do with 40%. I tried to cancel another item and was refused as you only have 24hrs to cancel.
