I bought a lovely long woolen cardigan but eas sent a size 20 this dressing robe! Its awful They wont help me return this rubbish Be warned it’s rubbish they sell!! Im so upset

I ordered 2 of the same dress in different sizes to try in the hope they would be suitable for my wedding. The quality is poor and the fabric is not what I wanted. There is no hem, just stitching on the edges of sleeve and skirt part. I have requested a return label. I then receive a very long wordy email asking why I didn’t want them. I explained, then another long email requesting photos of the dresses. I am still waiting for the return label. Avoid this company as hassle to return and quality poor

I purchased a suit from Wilson & Carter London for £59.95, and the quality was extremely disappointing. The colour was not as advertised, and the suit looked and felt cheap. Despite numerous emails requesting a return and full refund, I've been met with endless back-and-forth, partial refund offers and unnecessary delays. What makes matters worse is that the company presents itself as London-based, yet I was expected to pay international postage to return the item to China. This was not made clear in their returns policy when I purchased the suit. I've repeatedly made it clear that I simply want to return the item and receive my money back, but resolving something so straightforward has been incredibly frustrating. I've now reached the point of escalating the matter through my bank and Trading Standards. I would strongly advise others to think twice before ordering from this company.

⭐ Hassle-free returns? Absolutely not! Extremely frustrating experience. I am extremely disappointed with Wilson & Carter London and their unnecessarily complicated returns process. I purchased a jumpsuit for £34.95 on 24 September and simply wanted to return it. The item is unused, with its original labels and packaging. Despite providing my order details, explaining my reason for returning the item, sending photographs as requested and completing an additional PDF returns form, I STILL HAVE NOT BEEN PROVIDED WITH A RETURN ADDRESS! Every time I contact customer service, another requirement seems to appear. Responses take days, resulting in continuous delays. Why couldn't all the necessary information have been requested at the beginning? Their website advertises hassle-free returns, yet the reality has been completely the opposite. To make matters worse, customers are expected to pay international return postage. After reading independent reviews, I was shocked to discover numerous other customers reporting remarkably similar experiences, including repeated emails, unnecessary paperwork, delays and difficulties obtaining return instructions. I am now questioning why returning a perfectly unused item needs to be so difficult. All I want is a return address so I can send the item back and receive my refund. Surely that isn't too much to ask? I would strongly encourage anyone considering purchasing from this company to read the independent reviews and returns policy carefully before ordering. An incredibly disappointing experience. I certainly won't be ordering again.

I just paid £44.30 return and they are asking for trucking number and there is reference. I don't think they will refund the rest of the money total waste. Do not use them.

If I could give them zero I would !! Absolute scammers please do not use this company! Awful quality clothing that doesn’t fit, misleading photos of dresses and you have to pay to return them internationally! Avoid avoid avoid

Avoid at all costs!!! you cannot cancel the order, only go for chargeback which takes 30 days after (if) they arrive. The trousers finally arrived through the front door and then back out in a charity bag in the porch, far to big, the sizing is incorrect. The corduroy is see through so cold sausage and two veg and don't even think about going commando.

That's because I cannot score 0 .. I saw a picture of a lightweight anorak and ordered it ... it's cheap shoddy they stated they are based in London however they are clearly based in Asia I have requested details where the shop in London is that is on the web site and have no answer Now with credit card company for charge back suggest you do the same as the emails keep coming in offering more and more resolutions so they do not have to refund !
