Rip off shop. Do not order from then, this is a scam and you will not get your money back as they will not even communicate with once the order arrives. The clothes are cheap and from China. This is not a London based company.

I ordered £75 worth of clothes from Wilson and Carter. The clothes on their website looked really nice and really good material when I got them they were really flimsy even worse than Temu they were way too big because the material was just flimsy and really baggy looking. I've emailed them nearly 100 times and filled in the contact details on their website and nobody has got in touch with me. I've just wasted my £70 I don't even think I'll get anything back. People say they will email anyone offer you a percentage and tell you to keep the clothes but there's no good keeping clothes that don't fit you and then a Rubbish quality and really disappointed with this Co do not buy anything from them, they are just scammers

I didn’t read the reviews before I ordered . When I did I sent them an email to cancel but they didn’t reply as expected. I thought I ordered a frilly white blouse classy looking . Instead i got a piece of curtain net material with threads hanging . I know fir a fact if i sent it back i i would not get a refund ! They say Wilson and carter showing a top tailor shop and we all think it is a London branch . My blouse is un wearable it is ready for the trash bin . There should be a law protecting us from these scams they are but thieves . They are still advertising too .

Bad experience, the customer service is non-existing and I cannot have my item changed because of the wrong size. When they advise that their customer service will reply within 24 hours, that's clearly false!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Sadly, I should have read trust pilot more deeply, rather than the selected reviews published on the site. Despite advertising returns, the process is complicated and they are refusing a return. The product is poor quality and not value for money.

SCAM company stay away of it. Thankfully Initiated a charge back with my bank and got the money back

Unfair return policy and high international shipping costsI am highly disappointed with my experience. The item I received did not meet expectations, and when I tried to arrange a return, I discovered I have to ship it internationally at my own expense. The return shipping cost is nearly half the price of the item itself. This hidden policy makes it completely impractical to get a refund. Buyer beware. The name wilson carter london is highly misleading as this compamny seems to be based out of china and nothing to do with UK.
