Not a premium UK retailer as implied on their website, took a few weeks & over-kill level of emails. Product quality not too bad at a glance but not in-line with photos. In contacting for a return & refund comes the upto your own costs to return to Asia & offer a 20% refund without returning product. Would avoid using

Ordered two jackets took a lengthy time to receive. When they eventually arrived sizes were smaller than equivalent uk products. Material shabby and poorly made no resemblance to pictures on website. No returns label enclosed so I emailed for the London address to return them. I waited some time for a reply and was advised that the returns were handled in Asia! Wrote a strong email to say I was disgusted with the returns process as their website states easy returns. I’m still in communication was offered 15% cash back and keep garments. I spent £98. Wish I had seen reviews first will never use this company again they are tantamount to fraud. Do not deal with them. I can’t see this being resolved to my satisfaction. Not worth one star.

Scam website - not based in London at all. Items come from China and look nothing like the item you are expecting

Do not use this Wilson and Carter Lindon to buy any product. A fraud site operating from probably china. ( I think they sell items from Shein to a more higher price) They wont let you return products)

I would give 0 if I could. I’m stunned at the absolutely awful item of clothing - if that’s what you can call it- that I received. I ordered a blue jumpsuit, relaxed fit, picture is gorgeous… I received a rag, I’m 5ft 8 and it literally is long enough for someone who is about 5ft 1. The zip is too long and has been left hanging outside the rag garment. There’s no shape to it. The material is equivalent to a bed sheet that has been slept in for years and has worn out. See through and utter crap. How is this company allowed to use fake company details and photographs is beyond me, surely someone needs to investigate it? It must be illegal? They are lying to the shoppers, taking our money and laughing all the way to the bank. Avoid- trust me!

If anyone has had the bad unacceptable experience I had , call your bank and let them know this is a fraudulent company from China and request a refund through your bank takes a few minutes with them and you will get your money back just give them the company details and to look at trust pilot, I bought a suit was told not to worry when it came it would just about fit an action man even though I bout 2 XL just to be on the safe side , when I came I emailed them to be basically ignored , please do fall foul , call your bank and request a full refund and get your hard earned cash back

Cheap, dreadful product. I received a pair of trousers from this company that are nothing like the website advert. They are cheap, nasty and at £40 an absolute rip off! I wish I had read the Trust pilot reviews before buying. What seemed from the photo on the website as beautiful linen trousers turned up as a pair of drawstring nylon-y pyjama bottoms ( resembling a cheap carrier bag material or a disposable rain hood). I haven't even tried them on! Dreadful. Absolutely bogus and shameful. Not worth even 1 star. Binned them.

Poor quality clothing. Returns procedure non-existent bordering on fraudulent. Don't use this company.
