Order process simple - realise now the website is a front for direct dispatch from overseas warehouse of poor quality imitation products that do not resemble what has been photographed and offered for sale. Returns & refunds process complicated and returning parcel to origin warehouse in China is made to be at cost to buyer. Avoid company at all costs!

Like other reviewers, I wish I had read Trustpilot before purchasing a dress from Wilson & Carter. Delivery took over 2 weeks and the quality and fit of the dress was appalling, made from 95% polyester and made in China. No response to emails and the company website leads you to believe that the company is based in London. Save your money!

If i could give a zero or minus i would. This company is shocking. Substandard outfits and a total reluctance to help customers. Please do not order from them you will be bitterly disappointed

Diabolical product and terrible delivery

This was not even a one star experience, but there isn't an option for zero stars. An appalling experience, do not go near this company! Despite the fancy website, it is unlikely that this is a UK based company. Clothing items of poor quality, customer service is non-existent. The website claims ‘easy and hassle-free returns’ but after multiple requests on how to return an item for a refund I have finally given up. Several weeks later, I have not even received the courtesy of a response from the company.

Worst online shopping experience ever. I should have checked for reviews before making a purchase with them. Poor quality items and they screw you out of returns and refunds. Never ever again

Ordered a pair of shoes back in July and am still waiting for them. They say they their courier says delivered. I spoke to evri who admit leaving them outside when I was away. Apparently Wilson and carter think that’s my problem. Customer service is a waste of time, there is none. Still unresolved. Please please do not use this company.
