Very disappointing experience, I would not use again. The dress I received was not as expected, particularly the quality, which was disappointing given the price and how it was presented on the website. The sizing was also incorrect. The website gives the impression of being a London-based company, but my order was actually shipped from China. I also faced return shipping costs and a frustrating process when trying to obtain a refund. Ultimately, I had to raise a card dispute to recover my money. Thankfully, this was successful and I have now received a full refund. Very disappointing experience and customer service. I would not use Wilson & Carter London again and would advise others to avoid.

Absolutely rubbish quality clothing even though they’re charging premium prices. Nothing like what is advertised. Returns process is basically non-existent and when you complain they offer you a slight discount instead. It is a massive scam and I’m so angry that they can get away with selling such rubbish.

Extremely disappointing and misleading I would give zero stars if that were possible. The quality of the item I received was very poor and did not meet my expectations at all. What has made the experience considerably worse, however, is the return process and the information presented when I placed the order. The website gave me the impression that this was a London-based company and advertised returns as easy, straightforward and free. Only after I wanted to return the item was I told that their local warehouse cannot process customer returns and that I would have to send the item to a return facility in Asia. That is a very significant difference from what I understood when making the purchase. International return shipping, customs and lengthy transit times are obviously not what most customers would understand by an “easy” and “free” return. Had I known before ordering that the return would have to go to Asia, I would never have placed the order. I was offered either a replacement or just 15% cashback, rather than the full refund I requested. I do not believe I should have to accept a partial refund for a product I am unhappy with, particularly when the return arrangements were not made clear to me before purchase. I am also very disappointed by the apparent lack of transparency about where the company operates from and where returns actually have to be sent. I would strongly recommend doing your own research before ordering. I personally would not rely solely on the reviews displayed on their own website, as my experience has been completely different from the positive impression those reviews give. My experience has been poor product quality, a return process that was very different from what I understood from the advertising, and a resolution that I do not consider acceptable. Very disappointed and would not order from this company again.

The shoes I ordered were horrible so I requested a refund. I’ve been offered an alternative product and keep the shoes, 20% refund and keep the shoes, then a final offer of 30% refund and keep the shoes… I don’t want the shoes (they’re awful), I want a full refund, however this scam company are trying anything to avoid a refund and are trying their hardest to just make me give up! Absolute joke of a company.. I only wish I’d read the reviews on here before ordering!

I would not recommend anyone to buy from this company. No way was I going to get my money back for shoddy jacket. Email responses were appalling, slow, evasive, avoidance tactics. Then I was offered 10% cash and keep the goods, then 20% or choose something else to the value. So I chose a “genuine leather bag. What a joke! When it arrived I checked the Chinese manufacturer. My bag at £69.99 was being sold at $18 and it is “faux” leather. Absolutely fraud I has taken 3 weeks to make any progress

Awful. Product nothing like as described, cheap and nasty. Despite repeated attempts to send back they clearly have no intention of accepting the return.

Absolutely the worst company I’ve dealt with in over 20 years They are not based in London but another trading out of China Ordering quick and easy plus plenty of updates. Item arrives and nothing like what was pictured on the website. The item was too big and poor quality, so I asked how I can return the item. Firstly it was no, what they’ll do is send a smaller size if I paid for postage. This was rejected, they offered a replacement FOC, again rejected as I didn’t want it. They sent a form which you can’t complete. They then offered a 40% refund saying it would cost more to return. Do not use this company they are rip off. This is the first time I’ve posted something negative about a retailer as most will resolve any issue, but this has really got under my skin.

Do not buy from this company. Their website says they are in London. Not so, they trade out of China, no actual shop in London as stated on the website. I ordered a swimsuits in plenty of time for my holiday. It was not despatched until after I needed it. Asked them to stop delivery as it was coming Evri and not Royal Mail as stated on the website. Did not receive parcel until after I had left for holiday. I did not even open the parcel, asked to return it, was refused.
