Definitely not to the standard I expected I have now read other reviews and it’s not worth trying to return to get money back . Disappointed!!!!

I wish i had read the reviews on here before i ordered! I ordered a rain jacket and a pair of shorts for a holiday. Realised my error when they were clearly being shipped and definitely not coming from London! The website looked good Now realise they have copied another company Thompson Carter who actually sell perfume. Needless to say the items took ages to arrive, arrived when i got back from holiday. Items are very poor quality and not what i thought i was getting, basically unbranded shit. Looks like return is hopeless. lesson learnt but i hope they can be stopped form selling to others.

Absolutely disgusted to learn this company is not producing their goods, nor are they trading in London. I ordered a cap for my husband as a surprise after him starting to lose his hair while having Chemotherapy for cancer. I specifically looked for UK company and not produced in China. As much because I wanted it to arrive quickly. We'll I didnt research enough obviously. They trade and produce in China. I am disgusted and angry that they have blatantly lied. We are being taken for fools. I tried emailing and indeed the email was sent, but no replies. Disgusting service.

This is the worst company i have ever dealt with. Eventually the jacket arrived looking nothing like the advertisement - cheap, thin material- tacky looking. As they advertise as a London company i thought i would return it for a refund but they are actually based in China. They offered me a discounted refund and i could keep the jacket but it is certainly nothing i want to keep- all i wanted was a full refund

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY - it is a scam..the products are terrible - I order 2 pairs of shorts, the adverts look great..when they arrived they looked nothing like the advert and would only fit an action man. The quality was so poor they make a j cloth look good (no Offence to J cloths). The company is NOT London based which they lead you to believe from the website etc. They refused to give me a UK address and there is no evidence of said company registered at companies house..I assume it is based in China - the returns policy is a scam as they try and bow beat you into accepting a % refund or a voucher to buy more rubbish. The goods have to be returned to China - at your costs. Good luck to anybody in getting their money back or receiving goods at a merchantable quality - I wish I read the reviews first !!

Disgusting experience poor quality and lies about refunds…this is not a London based. Company it is a scam…be aware do not buy as you will not get your money back avoid at all cost….
