I so wish that I’d checked TP before dealing with this company! I’m currently in an email conversation about returning goods. I had began to suspect that items were coming directly from China, due to dispatch time. This, clearly, has a potential knock on effect with cost of returns, as well as being plain dishonest about the company location. I’d recommend NOT TO TOUCH THEM WITH A BARGEPOLE!

Very poor quality. Nothing like the photo on line. Arrived very badly creased. Fabric thin and cheap looking. Requested a return and after five emails, was asked to return to China and bear the cost. Would never buy from Wilson Carter London.

I ordered a pair of LEATHER tall boots, £49.95 and reduced from £124.00 The description was soft leather, with white stitching detail on the bottom of the boot, available in three colours. When my order arrived, it was badly packed into a small grey plastic delivery bag. When I opened the package, there was a pair of boots, that were folded and stuffed into a cheap clear ziplock bag. The boots were extremely BAD QUALITY, looked cheap and nasty and were made from some kind of plastic. My purchase was NOT WHAT I ORDERED, the description was FALSE ADVERTISEMENT and the boots are DISGUSTING. If I had wanted a cheap pair of plastic boots, I would have ordered and bought some. WILSON AND CARTER are a SCAM WEBSITE. DO NOT ORDER from this company, you will not get what you have ordered.

Please report this website ncsc.gov.uk. First time I have fallen for a scam like this but because they didn't directly contact me there is less support. ONLY option is to go via your bank. The other 300 reviews explain everything else time after time. This website has only been going a couple of months and I wonder if Mr Pinner of the original company that was struck off in 2019 knows who is running the scam or if it is unrelated.

Do not use this scam company. Based in China not London. It is not possible to return items for a full refund as they claim.

I was sent 5 (FIVE!) pairs of the wrong size sandals and in spite of endless correspondence - never got a refund! Don't go there! DL

Would have been no stars if option was there. Yes i was lured by the look of the items that did not live up to my expectation. The Hassel free return has been a nightmare..i have walked away from £90 of goods that will end up in landfill as totally unuseable. So difficult to return and from reviews i understand will be costly to ship. Lesson learned. Ill stick with my failsafe highstreet stores in future, it could have only been worse if they had cloned my account...im still watching out for that...scammers do not touch them

I wouldn’t even rate this company a 1 star , it should be a zero. I ordered an item of clothing from them and when it arrived it was nothing like as advertised on their website - very poor quality. I tried to return it but they just kept offering me a percentage of the amount that I paid. They seemed to be based in China not London as their website implies. STAY AWAY, DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!
