Wilson CarterReviews of wilson-carter.com

Don’t waste your money on this awful company. They refuse all refunds claiming in the UK they can’t handle returns and they have to go back to Asia at your cost. Clearly a China based fraudulent company. Quality of shoes/boots are just China quality. Avoid!!

If I could rate these scammers lower I would. I hope potential customers read this review before ordering otherwise you’ll be in the same position as me ordering a dress that was never delivered and having to claim a refund through using the bank’s chargeback system. The company gives the impression that it’s London based and has many satisfied customers - it does not. If you ever get anything delivered it’s cheap tat from China that’s impossible to return and they never refund you. BEWARE never fall prey to these rob

A complete scam - there must be a way to stop this type of trading - extremely poor quality materials, manufacture & incorrect goods despatched - hiding behind a British name to fool the customer. Every way is used by these disreputable outlets to discourage returns including high charges to be paid by the customer combined with long & tedious ‘returns questionnaires’. How can these companies trade in the UK & not comply with The Consumer Rights Act 2015, in that goods must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose & as described.

DO NOT, TRUST THIS COMPANY,,, YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED… YOU DO NOT GET A REFUND. JUST WISH I HAD READ THE REVIEWS…

Don't use this site, it's a scam. All clothes are Shein and come from China. You cannot get an easy refund, they banter with 10%, 20%, 30% or 40%. I eventually took a 40% refund as I just couldn't keep sending emails. It's a total SCAM, please do not waste your time or money.

Avoid this site - Total Scam!Do not buy from Wilson & Carter of London. They claim to be a high-quality UK-based boutique, but everything about this company is misleading. The items are dropshipped from overseas and are made of incredibly cheap, low-grade material that looks absolutely nothing like the pictures online. When you try to return an item, their customer service refuses to give you a straightforward UK return address. Instead, they try to force you to accept a tiny partial refund (like 10% or 20%) or demand that you pay exorbitant shipping fees to send it back across the world.Save your money and shop elsewhere. This is a dropshipping scam operating under a fake London identity.

Ordered a blazer, which was apparently reduced from £324 to £64. We picked this company, as if it wasn’t right, their refund policy reads to be quick and simple. The blazer arrived and looked like something you’d find in a fancy dress shop, cheap quality, poor fitting. I emailed them for their returns details, as per their policy, and all they did was barter with me about a 10% refund, 30% refund, 100% store credit. I said explicitly many times we wanted a full refund as per their policy. They threaten the return is expensive and non-UK, despite advertising as W&C London. Avoid them like the plague!

Says it’s a UK company but took two weeks to receive two shirts. They came but looked very cheap and the fit wasn’t good as explained either.
