Zero points. So wish I'd checked first. £80 down n the pan. And one item they didn't even send because it was out of stock but say they need it returned before I can have my refund. It's fraud

Scam. Sent horrible clothes, nothing like the advertisement in quality or size. I wrote back and was offered a different size if paid another ten quid. Have tried to communicate since and there has been silence. Do not buy from them.

Zero stars. Do not buy from this company. Trying to get a refund is like trying to get blood from a stone.

Avoid using this company like the plague. They are NOT based in London but somewhere in China. After placing an order way back in August I asked for it to be cancelled after 24 hours as I managed to find a suitable alternative locally. Was informed item was already being prepared for shipment and could not be stopped! I was informed that if I did not want it they would guide me through the returns process. The order was eventually delivered after 2 weeks!!! Then the problems started with the request for refund. They obviously did NOT want to make the refund as they said the return process was extremely difficult as it had to be returned to China and would involve custom declaration and high cost of making the return. I was then offered 5% refund and keep the product. This was then increased to 10%. I eventually accepted 30% as I just wanted to be rid of this awful company. The refund then took 12 days to arrive and it appears to have come from a different company!!! DO NOT HAVE ANY DEALINGS WITH THIS AWFUL AWFUL COMPANY. They are liars through and through and should be banned from trading in the UK.

Disappointing quality, colour and type of fabric substantially below the quality and appearance represented by the photographs website, sizing varies significantly between items, one pair of shorts marked “Large” is extremely small. I had to exercise my right to cancel and report to my credit card company for full refund.

Awful company product arrived a week late and then return process made almost impossible so many emails sent back and forth until you receive an address to return which is in china so shipping costs are higher and they want it tracked. Yet to receive a refund

Bought some shoes that I was expecting to be delivered from London ! Arrived after 2 weeks , poor quality , and when I asked to send them back and refund …usual BS : we give x % discount but keep them , we give you this and that. China site !!! DO NOT BUY !!!!

Item shipped all the way from china. Took over two weeks. Items received in very poor quality and claims no capacity accept returns. Keep off!!!
