As previous reviewers have said, I can't give less than one star. SCAM SITE. The shoes I purchased reeked of glue, were very poor quality and were the wrong size. Subsequently, I have got into back-and-forth emails, ultimately being offered 40% cashback and to keep the shoes (for my benefit, apparently, and to avoid a costly international return for me). I have now started a cashback claim with my card company, providing evidence as to my efforts to resolve this. Do not go near them!

Hi everyone, this company needs to be reported to trading standards. PLEASE can everyone report to Trading Standards so that they can be stopped. I have also fallen victim and will be reporting.

For starters they are not London based, its a China based company, items don't truly look like the pictures then when it comes to returns, you have zero chance there, after a dozen emails back and forth offering from a 10% refund and keep the item to 40% and keep, telling me it will cost upwards of 100usd to return to Shanghai their distraction company, oh and it takes almost 2 weeks to get said item. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS AS YOU WON'T GET YOUR MONEY BACK

Avoid buying anything from this company. Poor quality boots delivered, paper thin, wrong size and as per other reviews on here have the major issues of getting a refund. Offered 15%. Their google reviews are apparently good but that is a farce. Trustpilot reviews are spot on. Now trying to get a refund from bank. This company was supposed to be located in London but products are sub standard sent from somewhere in Asia. So they are getting money from consumers and making serious profits due to the goods they send which we have difficulty returning if at all. Stay clear !

Sadly, I have also fallen victim to this company. The return process is a joke and far from their easy refund claims. FO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Goods are not what they show. Will notify the Office for Fair trading as this is a corrupt business

I can only concur with the other reports! Dreadful quality. Again agreeing with another lady, feeling stupid, seriously thought they were based in London, then saw the ‘international flight’ has taken off and then landed! Discovery of it being based in China. Now, not getting any replies because I want to send the shoes back.

Poor quality product (nothing like what is advertised on their site), and non existent communication. They will not entertain any Returns or Refunds, so stay well clear of this company as they are con merchants!
