Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced! The quality of the product I received was terrible and the company was extremely unprofessional in terms of resolving this issue and offering me a refund. Don’t waste your time here!

Cheap clothing! Nothing like the pictures! Then when trying to send back to change the size they threaten you with having to pay for postage back to Asia even though they advertise "London". Border line scammers!!

I would give 0 stars! Dress was slow to arrive, poor quality nothing like the description or pictures!! Requested a refund, slow to reply and offered me 10% refund or 25% off my next purchase!!! Purchase made on 12.08.26 still not got a refund 04.10.26 DO NOT USE

Trousers I’ve ordered for my husband arrived in 3 weeks squashed in a tiny bag, threads still sticking out, creased to hell! Very poor quality , paid £50 but not worth £5 , you can get better ones from Temu or Schein , please dont buy from them!

This should be a zero. I am now on my 16th email trying to get a refund. AI bot refusing to acknowledge I’ve completed all refund paperwork. I will now have to go to my bank to see what they can do to get the £75 back. This company needs closing down.

I would rate 0 stars if I could. Ordered a dress to wear to a wedding based on the photos on the website. The dress that arrived was nothing like the one pictured, I emailed initially to request to start the returns process following the steps on the website. On emailing it became clear that not only were the photos of the items misleading, but also the fact you could return items for a refund. They kept trying to push me to take store credit or a replacement and I told them I didn’t want either option as I would not be ordering from them again. They kept telling me how expensive and complicated returning the item was etc. I gave up arguing in the end, I received a 30% refund and was told to keep the dress. I’ll never wear the dress as the material is cheap and the fit is very odd. Avoid at all costs.

I paid for a pair of trainers in 31Aug. On 17 Sept the order was cancelled by them and I mailed to ask for a refund. The response was that it would be actioned soon. I asked again on 27 Sept to be told it would take a few days to clear. I raised a request via my credit card on 2nd Oct. W&C advised me by email on 3 Oct that they have raised a refund but it may take up to 20 days to clear. Very disappointing and I suspect that customers who don't chase possibly would not be refunded at all. They will have had my money for 2 months by the time it clears back for me to be able to be able to place an order with an alternative supplier for some trainers.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY, THEY ARE SCAMMERS. The photo of what looks like a high end London Store must be AI generated as the goods you order bear no resemblance to the goods that are delivered to you. The merchandise is nothing better than cheap Chinese tat. The no quibble returns process means that you are encouraged to accept 50% or 60% discount to avoid you paying international shipping charges. Why would they expect a customer to return items not good enough to use as dusters to their supplier/manufacturer when they are the retailers of the tat. These scammers need to be exposed and I would encourage anyone who has been fooled by Wilson & Carter - London to share their experience on X, Facebook and any other platform to warn other unsuspecting decent people from being duped by these criminals.
