Terrible company, EVERYONE AVOID it's advertises easy return I have been trying to return an item for the last two weeks and I am getting no where, I am sure this company is not based in the UK even though the website looks a middle of the range UK company. the material is cheap and oversized I wanted to return a coat that was advertised (waterproof) but the material suggest otherwise I wish I have read the reviews before purchasing from this company but my mistake someone is always trying to ripe you off and in this case they succeeded. I am sure trading standard would shut them down, that will be my next step to report them.

Yep, got taken in by the adverts, and as I had no opportunity to go shopping, decided to take a chance. Completely different to the picture - quality rubbish, delivery time atrocious and won't be EVER buying from ANY online clothes retailer again! If you've read this far, then you've done your research and hopefully won't be duped into buying from this scam Chinese site

Do not under any circumstances buy from this company. I bought a shirt and they sent the wrong size and would only refunded 1/2 the costs after many emails. Appalling customer care.

Dresses are not as pictured on their website. The materials are different. Style and fit arent correct. And they claim that returns will incur customs duty and postage (definitely not London based)! Don't spend your money on this website

Do NOT buy clothing from Wilson & Carter. They place their ads on-line cleverly - so if you search for M & S Ladies Clothing for example their ads pop up as sponsored links. They claim to be based in London but are in China. The goods they send (if they arrive) are very poor quality materials and do not resemble the attractive pictures they put on their website. They then make it very hard to get a refund - in polite but endless emails they offer for example a 20% refund and you keep the goods etc. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!

Fraudulent company - kept my money, did not send the purchased item. Does not respond to questions about the companies location or legitimasy. Beware, my bank initiated a fraud investigation.

I promised myself I'd never fall for this again but here I am. I've placed the order but then checked the company too late. The same jumpsuit appears on different company website around the world (one in New York, for example). I'm blaming myself because I should have checked.

DO NOT ORDER from This Scamming THEFT operation. Wouldn't give 1 star but couldn't drop below !!!!!! They are NOT LONDON. How can this scam operate !!!!!! They are stealing money !!! DO NOT allow them to steal your hard earned cash .
