I posted this on the trust pilot for Wilson Carter London a few weeks ago: Please do not use this company. WilsonCarter-London is to be avoided at all costs. The clothes took a long time to get to us. The item purchased was extremely poor quality. They sold an item which was not as advertised. The returns experience is labyrinthine. They offer a 10% refund to your card and numerous emails asking for photographs of the item, many AI generated apologies all signed by 'Emily Parker' who is either working very hard or is non existent. Eventually we were given a return address as follows: Hangzhou Sumai Technology Co., Ltd. 3rd Floor, Building 3 No. 55 Yifeng Road Xiasha Street Qiantang District Hangzhou City Zhejiang Province China, 310002 Goodness knows how much it will cost to send. When threatened with a report to trading stands we were offered 30% returned to card and keep the item. A scam website to draw you in. WisonCarter-London.com should be shut down for miss representation. Now I’m onto my 23rd email with AI Emily. I’ve got them up to a 70% refund, the money has been promised into our account in 10 working days ! We also discovered that Mrs RW’s sister has also been scammed by these people . She has received a refund that was more than the percentage that’s the email has initially promised ! What a sh#t show.

The sizes were all enormous. And I'm struggling to get any response with the 'easy returns' process. Never again.

My third one star review. I made it clear to them that my complaint falls under the Consumer Rights Act because what they provided is not of satisfactory quality and doesn't match what was presented at point of sale. They have tried to wriggle out of this and only offered me a full refund if I send the shorts to China for checking. I am now seeking a Charge Back from my card provider. This organisation really is a scam.

This is a dreadful company and shipping is from China which is misleading from the advertising. Returns are costly even if the quality if well below standard they make it very difficult to get a refund ! Eventually went through credit card company to get money refunded. My advice AVOID AT ALL COSTS !!!!

1 STAR IS TOO MUCH for this company, i ordered some shoes, after a couple of weeks got a random email asking me to confirm my address, however nothing official looking so i refused and asked them to share the details they have and i would confirm, now daily emails, refuse to give me a contact number so i can call, refuse to cancel the order. Still ongoing Absolutely diabolical service and support DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THESE

Ordered a dress at short notice for an event from this site. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE don’t make the same mistake! - It was awful, a shapeless sack and nothing like the (I now know) AI image pictured on the site. The worst part is that off course when it came to me requesting a refund they had me jumping through hoops and requested a photo of the packaging and product first, THEN they offered me another dress in ‘my size’, and I could keep the original which I obviously declined, then it was a 30% refund and keep the original dress then when I declined that, the final offer was a credit note for the amount of the dress and again I could keep the original dress- No Thanks! They just did not want to give me a refund or for me to return the dress (to Asia) as they only distribute from London but funnily enough refunds or exchanges can only be processed in Asia! I ended up requesting a refund via my bank and after submitting a refund request form the money was in my account the next morning-if it wasn’t for this there is no way Wilson & Carter would of refunded me. Please do not waste your time or money ordering anything from this scam site, I only wish I read the previous reviews on here first.

I ordered 2 dress shirts for men. Took a long time to arrive, not from the UK. Material was terrible, very cheap not like the pictures. Wouldn’t allow a refund. Sizing not true to measurements. Now awaiting for a larger size as they would not refund. Still not been dispatched yet it’s been weeks already. Received an email wanting to clarify my address and want my phone number. I emailed back saying it’s the same address as before, I’m not happy to give my phone number, they don’t need this to post a replacement! I probably won’t see a replacement! Don’t waste your money!

If I could give a minus score I would. Never has the company been in London. Lies on the web page. Terrible quality clothes and random sizes. Awaiting a refund although not hopeful
