I had a chip in the center stone of the engagement ring I purchased that happened in transit, and WillWork’s customer service went completely above and beyond to make it right. They quickly shipped out a replacement stone and covered the cost for a local jeweler to swap it out for me. They were incredibly responsive, reasonable, and easy to work with throughout the entire process. It is rare to find an online company with this level of integrity and dedication to their customers. I highly recommend them and would absolutely buy from them again!
